The Finance issues ordinary voting shares today

The Finance Company yesterday notified the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) that 40 million ordinary voting shares would be listed today (24) as a public subscription.

The notification added that the investors’ CDS accounts would be credited with the new shares after trading on 23 February.
