There was a degree of confusion over the actual investment for the country’s upcoming biggest private sector project yesterday.
Whilst JKH’s disclosure on Wednesday stated $ 650 million plus for its mega multi-use integrated project ‘Waterfront’ at Glennie Street, Colombo 2, Investment Promotion Minister Lakshman Yapa according to Reuters had quoted a figure of $ 850 million reflecting a difference of $ 200 million.
