President Mahinda Rajapaksa has appointed new Secretaries for the Ministries of Child Development and Women’s Affairs and Youth Affairs and Skills Development.
Those appointed are as follows: Eric Ilayapperuma – Ministry of Development & Women’s Affairs and K.A. Thilakaratna - Ministry of Youth Affairs and Skills Development.
