Two new Deputy Secretaries to Treasury

Two new Deputy Secretaries to the Treasury have been appointed following Cabinet approval last week.

They are B.M.S. Batagoda, Class 1 officer of Sri Lanka Administrative Service and S.R. Attygalle who presently holds the post of Director General of the Department of Public Enterprises.

Batagoda who currently holds the post of Director General of the Department of National Planning will perform in the same post until an eligible successor is appointed, Finance Ministry said.
