Pope Francis has confirmed the dates for his Apostolic Trip to Sri Lanka early next year.
The Press Office of the Holy See in a press communiqué issued yesterday said His Holiness Pope Francis would make the trip to Sri Lanka from 12-15 January 2015. He will travel to the Philippines thereafter, from 15-19 January, the press office said.
The communiqué noted that the program for the Pope’s visit to both countries would be published shortly.
