Over 300 golfers from across the country gathered for the Sampath Bank Golf Tournament 2024, recently held during the prestigious July Monthly Medal event at the Royal Colombo Golf Club.

Sampath Bank’s sponsorship was formalised through a grand cheque-handover ceremony, which highlighted the bank’s commitment to the sport. 

The event included tee-offs and a practice session with expert coaching for golfing enthusiasts, followed by an exclusive cheese and wine evening that fostered connections and relaxation after the tournament’s first day of play. 

The two-day event culminated in a grand awards ceremony where winners received prestigious prizes, including Business Class return air tickets to Dubai and cash prizes.
