HNB awards Rs. 7 m in scholarship funding at ‘Diri Daru’ Awards 2018

Hatton National Bank PLC conducted its 7th annual ‘HNB Diri Daru’ scholarship award ceremony recently at the BMICH. Over 750 young students were given scholarships worth Rs. 7 million at the awards ceremony. The presentation of these scholarships was made under the auspices of HNB Managing Director/CEO Jonathan Alles and Chief Guest, Sri Lankan cricketing legend and Former ICC Match Referee Roshan Mahanama, and the corporate management of HNB. Students from all parts of Sri Lanka were honoured for their academic and extra-curricular achievements at an official ceremony attended by school principals, educators and parents.
