The Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) with the support of the Australian High Commission and partners staged the 7th edition of ‘Australian Alumni Excellence Awards’ in Colombo on Friday, 13 February at the Taj Samudra Hotel. The Australian Alumni Excellence Awards is an annual event organised by Austrade to recognise high-achieving alumni who have studied in Australia. The awards function showcases the academic achievement and contributions made by Australian alumni. Australian Acting High Commissioner Sonya Koppe was the Chief Guest and Austrade-South Asia Trade Commissioner Tom Calder was also present
