Celebrating cricket at Cinnamon Grand

The T20 finalist teams returned to the Cinnamon Grand following the intense final encounter on 7 October. The Grand was proud to have had all four semi-finalist teams stay with them during the tournament and warmly congratulated the West Indies on their victory.

The Cinnamon Grand, together with Chef Sudu (Executive Chef), Chef Susantha (Pastry Chef) and Chef Sudath (Banquets Chef) greeted the players with a Grand welcome in the shape of a unique trophy cake. While the winners continued post-match celebrations at the Grand, it was also Dwayne Bravo’s birthday. No doubt the World Cup would have been enough of a present for him!
