Christmas Carols by People’s Bank

The annual Christmas Carols organised by the Christian Guild of People’s Bank was held recently for the 34th consecutive time at the Carey College Auditorium. In addition to members of staff of People’s Bank branches in and around Colombo, the occasion witnessed staff members in the areas of Negombo, Kalutara and Mannar joining to sing carols.

The ceremony was held under the patronage of Rev. Fr. Hilary Peiris of All Saints’ Church Colombo. The carols service was also attended by the CEO/GM of People’s Bank N. Vasantha Kumar, corporate and executive management of the bank, along with the present and past staff and their families. At the conclusion of the carols, little children were presented with gifts from Santa Claus.
