President Mahinda Rajapaksa declared open the Commonwealth People’s Forum on Sunday 10 November 2013 at the Law Courts Square at the historic Galle Fort. The forum was organised on the sidelines of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting being hosted by Sri Lanka this year.
