France confers National Honours on Vidyani Hettigoda

On behalf of the President of the Republic of France, the Ambassador of France to Sri Lanka Christine Robichon recently conferred on Vidyani  Hettigoda the insignia of Chevalier I’Order National du Merite (Knight in the National Order of Merit) 2012
