Miss Puerto Rico Heilymar Rosario was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2016 at the pageant at Stein Studios in Ratmalana recently. Miss Sri Lanka Tracy Ann De Zilva emerged first runner-up while the second runner-up was Miss Ghana Silvia Commodore. Titleholders from over 60 countries were in Sri Lanka for this event
