Shilpa 2013, the national crafts festival, was declared open to the public earlier this week by Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa. The exhibition is now on at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre and is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. until 19 August 2013 - Pics by Kithsiri de Mel
