National HR Conference 2015

South Asia’s largest HR conference, the National HR Conference 2015 organised by IPM, concluded successfully amidst a large group of top local and global participants. The conference held at the BMICH recently spanned for two days, featuring an array of events such as the Great HR Debate, People Leaders’ Awards, HR Excellence Awards and the HR Service Providers Exhibition. Micro Holdings CEO/Chairman Dr. Lawrence Perera addressed the gathering as the keynote speaker whilst Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management and Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Management President Musharoff Hossain graced the conference as the Chief Guest followed by CIPD UK International Director Alan Ovens as the Guest of Honour. Distinguished delegates from Japan, Bangladesh and India also participated at the conference and were amazed at the grandeur of the conference, via which learnings were taken home for the betterment of the HR fraternity in all parts of the world
