Shilpa 2012 now on

The Shilpa 2012 Handicrafts Exhibition and Fair organised by the National Crafts Council (NCC) was declared open yesterday by Minister of Cultural Affairs, T.B. Ekanayake. The exhibition, aimed at reeling in new customers, exhibited a wide range of crafts from traditional masks to clay pots, and will be held from 9-12 November at the National Art Gallery. Minister of Traditional Industries and Small Enterprise Development Douglas Devananda and Chairman of the NCC Bhuddi Keerthisena were also present at the exhibition
