The handicrafts sales exhibition, Shilpa Kala – 2017, organised by the Indian High Commission was launched by Speaker Karu Jayasuriya at Mihilaka Medura at the BMICH yesterday. Indian High Commissioner Taranjit Singh Sandhu also attended the event. The exhibition will end on Sunday
