Standard Chartered Bank’s golfing enthusiasts were invited by CEO Anirvan Ghosh Dastidar to tee off at an exclusive event on 17 February at the Royal Colombo Golf Club. The day was an opportunity not only for some displays of good sportsmanship, but also for fellowship. Dastidar hosted the Bank’s guests to cocktails at his residence in the evening. Standard Chartered Bank’s new Regional Chief Executive for India and South Asia, Sunil Kaushal, who was visiting the Sri Lanka Branch also participated in the event and gave out the awards to the winners in the evening. Suren Madanayake was the Best Overall Golfer of the day.
