STC Class of ’82 celebrates 50 years

S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia class of ’82 celebrated 50 years with a gala dinner/dance at the Hilton, Colombo recently. The occasion was graced by the Warden of S. Thomas’ Fr. Marc Billimoria and Sub Warden Asanka Perera. The event began with cocktails and speeches from the Warden and the President of the Class of ’82, Nalin Jayatileke. Thereafter the 50th birthday cake was cut by seven batch-mates from the class of ’82. The special felicitation was organised for masters and teachers still serving in the staff who taught the class of ’82 batch.
