VERSO – SriLankan Talent Show 2015

SriLankan HR together with SriLankan Cares launched a SriLankan talent search/competition titled ‘VERSO’ as an employee engagement exercise. ‘VERSO’ is a Latin word which means ‘the other side or the hidden element’. The objectives of coming up with the project was to facilitate an opportunity and a platform for its employees to display their talents getting away from the routine of work and to inspire its employees to be recognised for their inborn talents and encourage them to take it to another level of exposure and recognition. All proceeds from the event will be channelled to SriLankan Cares to fund its differently-abled child projects, in particular the Preethipura Children’s Home and the 2nd phase of the paediatric mental health wards – Pix by Upul Abayasekara
