The enjoyment of ‘Yee Sang’ during Chinese New Year is an age-old custom steeped in ancient tradition and culture. The ‘Yee Sang’ compromises thin slices of pickled vegetables and other ingredients which are mixed together with sauces thoroughly when the dish is eaten. The tossing of ‘Yee Sang’ represents the wish of abundant luck and happiness for all which is a popular custom during the celebration of the Chinese lunar calendars most important festival. This Chinese New Year, Graze Kitchen restaurant will be serving Chinese specialty cuisines in addition to the international buffet from 23 January to 3 February, 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
