FLOW launches ‘Indian Indulgence’

FLOW at Hilton Colombo Residences launched an amazing ‘Indian Indulgence’ dinner experience on Thursday, showcasing India’s finest culinary offerings in its inimitable style.

Hilton Colombo Residences General Manager Linda Giebing and Marketing and PR Manager Minoli Senanayake welcomed guests on opening night along with Resident Indian Chef Vicku Ram.

The Indian culinary experience is being held for 10 days from 28 February to 9 March and sees the spotlight shining on Ram as FLOW highlights one of its distinct cuisines during dinner with buffet and a chef’s table offering. The authentic and impressive dining experience gives diners an opportunity to experience Indian gastronomic heritage right here in Colombo.

Buffet menu highlights include Mutton Dum Biryani, Chennai Masala Dosai counter, Amritsari Fish, Butter Chicken, Fish Hara Dhaniya, Tandoori Roti, Sevaiya Ki Burfi, Chaat action station, Papdi Chaat, Bhel and Pani Puri, and Gajar Halwa Tart. The dinner buffet will be served daily from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. for an all-inclusive rate of Rs. 3,500 per person.
