“Flavours of Türkiye” at Shangri-La Colombo until 11 August

“Flavours of Türkiye”, an extraordinary culinary experience, is now on at the Shangri-La Colombo featuring two renowned Turkish chefs from Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul.

“Flavours of Türkiye” until 11 August is an extravaganza of Turkish food and culture by Chef Salih and Chef Mehmet Ali. This exceptional culinary festival will immerse guests in the rich traditions of Turkish cuisine, featuring a carefully curated selection of traditional dishes crafted by two distinguished chefs from Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul. 

The festival is hosted at Central, Shangri-La Colombo’s all-day dining restaurant, and is proudly presented in collaboration with Turkish Airlines and the Embassy of Türkiye.
