Mount Lavinia Hotel brings ‘A Taste of Jaffna’ to diners’ doorsteps

Following the huge success of the ‘Bring Home Switzerland’ campaign by the Mount Lavinia Hotel, the hotel is now presenting ‘A Taste of Jaffna’ in partnership with My Sister’s Kitchen.

They are no strangers to the Mount Lavinia Hotel; in January 2020 the Mount Lavinia Hotel and My Sister’s Kitchen pioneered a very successful ‘Jaffna Food Festival,’ an elaborately themed event which brought in many from near and afar to enjoy a truly immersive experience of mouth-watering dishes from the north.

Given the ‘new normal’ of staying indoors and avoiding social gatherings, once again the hotel has partnered up with the duo from My Sister’s Kitchen, Thushara and Danu Innasithamby, to present ‘A Taste of Jaffna’ which will be delivered right to your doorstep and is served with strict adherence to Government guidelines.

‘A Taste of Jaffna’ will be available from 27-29 August and will feature the finest of Jaffna on a plate. From keerai pittu, jeera rice, rasam, the famous spicy crab curry and chicken poriyal to the sweet kesari, you can enjoy it all in the comfort of your own home.
