Sequel Contemporary Photography Exhibition

The ‘Sequel Contemporary Photography Exhibition 2024’ of the Sequel Collective group of eight photographers was successfully held from 23 to 25 August at the JDA Art Gallery, Colombo 7.

About 250 photographs of artists, Tharaka Bibulewitharana, 

Amila Wijerathne, Nayanahari Abeynayake, Inoka Palliyaguru, Saminda Sadun Sri, Sugandi Samarakoon, Sujeewa Ranathunga, and Boopathy Nalin were on display on three floors of the art gallery.

Daily interactive discussions on contemporary photography and launch of a photography book containing photographs from the exhibition were some of the key highlights.
