Sky Gallery of the ‘Fareed Uduman Art Forum’ recently announced Van Gogh 2, the second exhibition featuring the works of the legendary Dutch artist, Vincent Van Gogh.
This follows the overwhelming success of their first exhibition, and continues the journey through the life and legacy of one of the most influential figures in Western art history. The exhibition opens its doors on 18 October, providing art enthusiasts and visitors with a unique opportunity to explore new dimensions of Van Gogh’s genius and be able to step inside the mind of the artist and witness the world as he saw it. Each exhibit is crafted with precision to ensure that Van Gogh’s original size, textures, colours, and details are faithfully represented on canvas.
Van Gogh 2 offers a carefully curated selection of iconic masterpieces as well as lesser-known gems, illustrating the emotional depth, bold colour palette, and innovative techniques that defined Van Gogh’s work, enhancing the visitor’s understanding of his complex life story, his mental health struggles, and his passionate dedication to art. The exhibition will feature celebrated works such as The Potato Eaters, Irises, Sunflowers, Farmhouse in Provence, Self-portrait with Bandaged Ear and Pipe, alongside other significant paintings that explore his evolving relationship with nature, light, and portraiture.
Van Gogh 2 goes beyond simply
presenting his work — it invites visitors to see the progression of his style and technique over the years. The exhibition will highlight his early works influenced by his Dutch heritage, his time in Paris and Provence, and his later work in Auvers, Saint Remy and Arles, that marked his final years. A special focus is placed on how Van Gogh’s mental health struggles influenced his creative vision, reflecting his profound connection between art and emotional expression.
Sky Gallery of the Fareed Uduman Art Forum is now a leading contemporary art venue committed to curating exceptional exhibitions that bring world-renowned masterpieces and emerging artistic talent to the public. With a mission to inspire creativity, promote appreciation of the arts, and inspire cultural dialogue, Sky Gallery is proud to offer experiences that connect audiences with the transformative power of art.
