Koluu, Sri Lanka’s self-styled restaurateur and high priest of Sri Lankan cuisine launched his book of recipes – a collection that reflects a versatile culinary journey that takes you across continents and narrates the story behind Koluu himself.

The book titled ‘Koluu – My Way, A Collection of Recipes’ was officially launched on 15 December, in celebratory style at Koluu’s own restaurant Lemon, amidst guests that included friends, family and well-wishers.
