Aitken Spence Printing partners Galle Literary Festival

The ‘literati’ have continued to descend upon Galle for the Galle Literary Festival for half a decade. Writers, from across the globe and the island, have come to this city rich in culture and history to be a part of this event and still continue to do so.

In the past five years, The Galle Literary Festival has established itself as a well recognised event in the world of literature. This year Aitken Spence Printing is proud to be a part of it.

This year, the Galle Literary Festival will take place from 26 to 30 January 2011.The festival brings together a cross-section of some of the best creative talents from the world to the historic city of Galle. As a result at least at least 3,000 visitors travel to Galle each year for this festival.

Since the literary festival began in and around this area, international and local authors, dramatists, poets, historians and architects from around the country flock to the coastal town of Galle each year.
