Hilton Colombo’s Spices restaurant is famous for its extensive spreads of a la minute buffets during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Recently the Spices restaurant introduced three themed nights during the week with themed buffets every Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The famous Arabian cuisine will take centre stage on Wednesdays during dinner with authentic Arabian dishes made a la minute by the team of chefs at the Hilton Colombo.

The team at the hotel will transform the restaurant according to the different themes of the week. Guests can also enjoy Thai on Thursday and Indian on Saturday apart from the Wednesday Arabian night giving the diners an opportunity to taste various flavours throughout the week. The Wednesday night buffet will feature world renowned Arabian dishes such as stuffed wine leaves, hommus, lamb shawarma, mousakka, uzzi over biriyani rice, cheese rukak, beef with okra and for the sweet tooth baklava, omali are just to name a few. Spices restaurant with its local touch when it comes to décor and ambiance is a restaurant ideal for entertaining of friends, colleagues and family. Every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. the restaurant serves an extravagant Sunday Brunch.
