Barista Lavazza unveils new Italian menu

The new menu at Barista Lavazza gives the café goer 16 extra lip smacking reasons to step out. In keeping with the café’s Italian theme, the Nuova Collezione menu sees the inclusion of new dishes and beverages originating from Italian cuisine.

The café chain is well attuned to customer wishes and responds accordingly. The new menu is Barista Lavazza’s answer to a collection of customer comments from every outlet. Designed by its expert chef together with his team of food and beverage experts, the new menu perfects an already excellent selection of culinary indulgences. The exotic Kokum and Berrylicious lemonades are refreshing introductions, perfect to combat current temperature levels. Riding on the popularity of the Barista Lavazza Classic Mojito, the Basil Breeze, Pin-up Kokum and Deep Blue Sea Mojitos are exotic twists on the original minty thirst quencher. Kokum Granita completes the range of non-coffee based beverages on the new Barista Lavazza menu whilst a shot of espresso, butterscotch, ice cream, whipped cream and butterscotch crunch are the makings of the Butterscotch Crunch of the Indulgent Cold Coffee range. Barista Lavazza serves up fully-fledged breakfasts, lunches and dinners. In addition to existing soups and starters, the chefs have introduced a new salad menu for the healthy at heart. Notable changes on the mains include a delicious curried prawn risotto with garlic bread, wholesomely satisfying for those with a healthy appetite. The new spinach and cottage cheese ravioli topped with parmesan cheese and a flavoursome Arabiata sauce as well as the chicken bolognese with parmesan cheese and oregano are both accompanied by crispy slices of garlic bread.
