Another added treat is the dim sum selection which is now presented either steamed or deep fried. Created by its master Dim Sum Chef Julie Duan, the mouth-watering dumplings are a perfect treat to share with friends and come with a variety of fillings including meat, pork, prawn and several vegetarian options.
The dumplings are enclosed in bamboo baskets that not only highlight the beauty of the dish but add a subtle flavour as well. The bamboo baskets are stylishly rolled out on a dim sum trolley complete with its own in built steamer ensuring the dim sum arrives at the table freshly steamed.
