It is all about the aromas of the great bayou country in the US. Spicy crawfish seafood gumbos, southern barbecue tastes, Creole shrimp and grits, good old-fashioned Bourbon pecan pie and delicious Creole meat pies are some of the items in the menu that will epitomise the evening.
Reflecting a combination of French, Spanish and African cuisines and the authentic touch by Chef Anthony Bradley from Louisiana will make 12 October a tasteful night, starting at 8 p.m. It is priced at Rs. 3,500 which includes drinks.
Chef Anthony Bradley’s passion for food started to accelerate from great culinary institutions like the Culinary Institute of America and he received his Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Widener University. New Orleans Café, The New Orleans, Nippers Seafood and Bar, Darling’s Restaurant and Arroyo Grille are some of the places he has built his career at.
