The special Christmas menu starters offer Fried Camembert with cranberry, walnut and apple, Smoked salmon terrine, Butternut squash and sage soup and the mains with traditional Roast turkey with sausage meat stuffing, Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, Fresh salmon with asparagus and hollandaise and to complete a delightful festive meal, homemade mince pies with brandy crème brulee and apple sorbet or Christmas pudding.
