The Galadari Hotel held its traditional Christmas cake mixing ceremony at the hotel’s Lobby recently. This event which is done with the participation of the Chef Team, guests and hotel staff is a much awaited affair. The General Manager, Sampath Siriwardena joined in the celebrations with all by mixing the traditional cake which was done to form a gigantic star. As always the Christmas cake was mixed with much laughter and fun; the invited guests later enjoyed High Tea at the Lobby.
