The Burgher Association of Sri Lanka will host ‘Cricket Sixes and Family Sports Day 2013’ tournament for members and associate members on 28 July (Sunday). Set to be held at Campbell Park, Colombo 8 also known as the Wesley College Grounds, the event is bound to be a fun filled one with many fun and game stalls and other activities prepared.
Food stalls and various other activity stalls will also be arranged to ensure all participants will have a memorable day.
Held under three categories – men’s, ladies and men over 40, participants can register their teams with their area coordinators. Entry forms with a fee of Rs. 1,000 per team are required.
Each team should have six players and two reserves and should be registered with the coordinator with proof of membership for 2013. Entries for teams will close on 25 July at 6:30 p.m.
A nominal entry fee of Rs. 50 is charged at the Campbell Park on the day of the event.
