The value of life is not in its duration, but in its donation. You are not important because of how long you live, you are important because of how effective you live. Blood donation is all about the generosity of voluntary unpaid donors giving blood for the benefit of other people.
Diana Yureni, born and raised in France and currently studying health and social care in the United Kingdom, is organising a blood donation drive in Sri Lanka.
The blood donation drive will take place on 18 July (Saturday) at the Balapokuna Purana Viharaya (Buddhist temple) in Kirulapone from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Who knows, it might be your friend, your colleague or even a member of your family. So let’s get together and save lives! You will feel that you have made a lifesaving difference for someone in need. Do something amazing – give blood and save a life. Give blood and give someone a future.
If you are willing to donate blood or need more information, please contact Diana Yureni on 0765452892 or [email protected] (provide your full name, e-mail and contact number).
Help save lives with Diana Yureni.
