Enjoy a new look at ODEL Alexandra Place

A trio of exciting new developments at ODEL -- known for its innovative ideas and specialized brands – is to be unveiled on 23 July at Alexandra Place.

ODEL will open its completed ladies department which has undergone an eight week renovation, will introduce the international brand U.S. Polo in the sports department and will unveil the new “Niko the flirt” collection in the newly revamped Embark Department.

The new Embark “Niko the flirt” collection sees Niko, the famous street dog that found a home with ODEL founder and CEO Otara Gunewardene, on a new adventure.  Designed to bring out the fun side in those who wear the brand, the new collection has an exciting expanded Kids’ range with additions for infants and toddlers.

The arrival of authentic US Polo branded clothing offers ODEL shoppers a chance to buy men’s clothing from one of the most popular and iconic sportswear brands in the USA, a brand that has represented the spirit of American style for more than a century.

For ladies, the summer shopping season will be opened with a refurbished ladies section at Alexandra Place.  Bright and airy, this new look captures the “Summer Breeze” theme at ODEL this season and makes the shopping experience unlike any in Sri Lanka, the company said.

The three new developments will be celebrated with a fashion show on Saturday 23 July at 6.30 p.m. at ODEL’s flagship store at Alexandra Place. There will be other activities taking place during the weekend of 23 and 24 July.
