The India-Sri Lanka Foundation, in collaboration with Taj Samudra Hotel, Colombo and SEHER, New Delhi held an India-Sri Lanka Artist’s Week from 18 to 23 January at the Hotel Taj Samudra, Colombo.
The art camp consisted of renowned painters from India and Sri Lanka with varied inspirations, styles, techniques and schools of thought, working together in unison.
An exhibition of the joint works done during the week was unveiled by Y.K. Sinha, High Commissioner of India to Sri Lanka on 23 January at 7:30 p.m. at the Crystal Room, Taj Samudra, Colombo. This exhibition marked the conclusion of the Art Camp.
