The 13th marked the premier Ladies Night of 2011 hosted by the Heist Bar, and as on previous occasions, it was a soirée filled with excitement. Ladies were invited to ‘dress to inspire’, and the outcome did not disappoint.
The event was quick paced, offering many memorable highlights. “Perhaps the most entertaining item of the night was the selection of Lady Continental –many smart, pretty and dramatic participants joined in the singing and dancing events enthusiastically. The winner of the night performed a modern dance act that won her the prize and the title” the Hotel revealed.
Participants included several European visitors who enthusiastically embraced the event’s activities, offering rave reviews to compeer of the night, Kesha.
The Lady Dudette, a title creation of the night’s sponsor Salon Dudette, received a special gift pack and voucher. The judging was handled by the Salon’s owner, Inoka Wijethunge, who posed for a photograph with the smiling winner.
The special fashion show enthralled the audience through colourful designs in the form of saris, casual and party wear.
Winners of the raffle draws received Dinner-for-two vouchers and gifts from the sponsor.
The next Ladies Night is scheduled for 10th February 2011 between the hours of 6.30pm to 9.30pm. The Hotel would be revealing the theme of the night in due course.
