Irish food, Celtic music and probably the best festival in town

Discover Ireland is needless to say but celebrating the best of food, dance, music and yes the brews are in order at the Terrace at Mount Lavinia Hotel from 12 to 15 September 2013. The four days are packed with the Irish flavour even the Sunday Brunch has been changed to bring on an array of Sunday Brunch dishes Irish style, for the 15 September.
The musical line up will be presented by Aer Lingus Musical Group. Consisting of 16 members, included are harpists, one banjo player, one piper, one fiddle, one accordion, two guitars, soloists plus the dancers that will perform excerpts of the River dance and the Lord the Dance, each night including the Sunday Brunch.
Also available at the Terrace would be drink specials courtesy by Probably the Best team, local artisan food deals and not forgetting the Celtic Breeze with a combination of refreshing accompaniments to what promises to be an enjoyable festival.
The Probably the Best team is looking at showcasing niche brands, new products and pipeline products.
The a la carte and Sunday Brunch menu will include:
beef and Guinness pie, Irish stew, battered fish and chips, bangers and mash, corned beef sandwich and pot roasted chicken. Desserts include Murphy’s apple pie, banoffee pie and warm sticky toffee pudding.
