As part of its monthly themed buffets, the Cinnamon Lakeside has introduced the best of Lebanese cuisine at The Dining Room, inviting diners to take a culinary voyage to the Middle East during the holy period of Ramadan.
Launched earlier this week, it includes a vast variety of scrumptious fare such as shish tawook, the traditional succulent chicken skewers, delicious lamb kofta kebabs, creamy moutabel and hummus and fresh tabbouleh salad amongst many other flavourful dishes.
Greeting guests on the opening night of the buffet were General Manager Denis Gruhier, Director – Sales and Marketing Adrian Jansz, Marketing and Communications Manager Nadiyah Akram, Marketing and Communications Executive Anuradha Illeperumaarachchi, and Marketing and PR Coordinator Deepika Perera.
The Lebanese buffet is offered at Rs. 2,555 all inclusive until 27 July between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. Reservations and inquiries can be made by contacting The Dining Room on 112491930.
