Lip-smacking spare ribs at Echelon Pub

Hilton Colombo’s colonial style Echelon Pub will offer their patrons a ‘finger licking’ culinary experience. Guests can enjoy a special menu of spare ribs prepared in different flavours from 14 to 31 March. Some of the highlights on the menu are the Tex-Mex ribs, smoked beef ribs with a lovely smoky flavour, Szechuan ribs and Thai ribs, just to name a few. They are all accompanied with crispy potato wedges.

You can enjoy one or more of these spare rib dishes and wash it down with your favourite beverage at one of Colombo’s coolest hangouts. The Echelon Pub is a venue where guests can enjoy their favourite sport live on a giant screen or engage in a game of pool.

Whatever the reason, the atmosphere won’t let you down. You could avail yourself to the Happy Hour on drinks from 12 to 1.30 p.m. and again from 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
