Long Feng does Chinese best at Cinnamon Lakeside

Chef Jason’s signature dishes also include a plethora of seafood items such as Long Feng butter milk lobster, Szechuan style chilli prawn, wok fried black pepper crab, Long Feng fish curry and steamed garoupa with red chop chilli to name a few. Other specialties such as sizzling lamb with oriental spicy sauce, Hu Nan style fried smoked pork belly and sea cucumber with black mushroom in oyster sauce are also on the extensive menu.  Vegetarians can savour dishes such as wok fried tofu with mixed mushrooms and eggplant with hot garlic sauce to suit their tastes.
