‘Lungs’ to premiere at Punchi Theatre on 23 June

Sashane Perera’s new directorial effort ‘Lungs,’ written by Duncan MacMillan and starring Dino Corera and Tehani Chitty, will hit the Punchi Theatre on Thursday 23 June and continue until 26 June.

‘Lungs’ is an intimate play featuring just two characters, a minimal set and authentic, evocative dialogue.

The play follows the life of a young unmarried couple as they debate about whether or not they should have a child together. Its themes tackle issues ranging from intimacy and relationships to pollution and global climate change.
