Warm prawn salad with fresh asparagus, tomato, pomegranate and sweet balsamic dressing, Lobster Bisque soup, Grilled Red snapper with roasted bell pepper and fennel, served with new potato and white sauce, Lemon and tarragon baked chicken with tangy tomato herb sauce served with fried banana and braised red cabbage, beef tenderloin stuffed with chicken liver served with parmesan mash, sautéed spinach and mushroom and Mushroom ravioli served with tomato, basil and garlic ragout. The special desserts on offer are nougat parfaits with butter scotch sauce or crepes topped with fresh fruits, whipped cream and blueberry couli.
