MLH is planning to bring to you a rich spread of your most favourite vegetarian dishes on 7 March at the Governors Restaurant and the Terrace at MLH from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. priced at Rs. 1,900 per person.
Keeping in line with the iconic traditions of our motherland, this unique concept takes place every Poya holiday of the month observing an important milestone in the history of Buddhism.
The dissatisfactory need to pick and choose one or two items out of a mouth-watering buffet for all those vege lovers has come to an end. MLH guarantees that your taste buds will be treated to the best vegetarian cuisine that excels in both aspects of taste and health.
The menu includes a range of innovative starters, soups, salads, ulundu wadai/dosai and spring roll action stations, time-honoured Sri Lankan, Western, Indian, Japanese, Chinese cuisine and a delightful array of desserts that are unique creations of its experienced chefs who have made an extra effort to ensure that its guests experience only the best of all things vegetarian!
The salad buffet includes spinach timbal, carrot and beetroot timbale, hommus, babaganouch cucumber, curd pumpkin with feta cheese, Bavarian potato salad and celery with apple. The main buffet counters serves up a bounty of vegetarian dishes such as mushroom sauté with fresh herbs, tofu steak with teriyaki sauce and potato Frasier to name a few. The menu for the lunch buffet will most certainly please you and your loved ones whilst you enjoy your relaxing Poya holiday by the poolside or the fine dining restaurant at MLH.
