Red Lantern Vigil at the Galle Face Hotel

Sri Lanka’s Heritage in Hospitality, the Galle Face Hotel will celebrate the Red Lantern Ceremony in a traditional way of heralding Christmas to the city of Colombo. It will be held on Friday, 07 December 2012 at the Patio of the Galle Face Hotel.

The Red Lantern Vigil is an annual celebration by the Galle Face Hotel, to welcome Christmas to the city. A procession of invitees and hotel guests carrying Red Lanterns culminates with Galle Face Hotel’s traditional lighting up of the hotel with its Christmas decorations.
