A venture by acclaimed actress Yashoda Wimaladharama, the name of Jeval was first suggested to her by Vasantha who knew the star’s constant search for a product that is natural and simple, which would also suit the customer base in Sri Lanka. However, before the official launch of the product, Jeval was tested extensively by Yashoda and Vasantha to establish its suitability for the local market.
Accordingly, Yashoda has been using Jeval for two years and was able to clarify its amazing properties while Vasantha tested Jeval on different hair types, for close to eight to nine months, demonstrating the well-suited nature of the product.
“Vasantha is the one who suggested the name of Jeval,” said Yashoda revealing the start of her ‘Jeval’ quest. “I researched more into the product and found all necessary details before going to Australia to meet the brains behind Jeval. I was very impressed by the properties. Since it is an oil based product made with natural vegetable extracts, it’s very suitable for hair in Sri Lanka.”
