March surfaces the 30th Slow Food night, with Italy in focus featuring Chef Riccardo Rizzoli currently serving as the Executive Chef for Vakarufalhi, the Mount Lavinia Hotel Group’s resort based in the Maldives.

Chef Riccardo, world renowned for delectable Italian cuisine, will be displaying his culinary master skills at ‘Slow Food Italian’ which will take place on 31 March at the Horizon roof top from 7 p.m. onwards. Italian cuisine has become famous as one of the richest in the world, noted for its regional diversity and abundance of difference in taste, characterised by its extreme simplicity, relying on the quality of the ingredients rather than on elaborate preparation.
