Special menu at The Bay Leaf for Mother’s Day

We all make our Mums feel loved all year through, but this day (13 May) is dedicated to her internationally. With so many options offered to make her feel special, we can delight our Moms with a unique dining experience by entertaining her at the Bay Leaf restaurant this Mother’ day. Bay Leaf restaurant offers an authentic Italian menu – true to its identity – and a perfect ambiance to dine in while enjoying a tropical breeze in the garden, offering a perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with your mom relaxing at the grand colonial mansion.



The special menu features Zuppa di Asparagi (Cream of Asparagus chowder with prunes and chives), Bigne con Insalatina di Grancio (Crab cakes marinated with fresh herbs, presented in a Half pastry shell and served with cocktail sauce),  Rotolini di Sogliola con Salmone  (Sole fish and salmon trout rolled with spinach and red peppers, and grilled prawns, served with saffron sauce) or Manzo ed Agnello (pan fried beef tenderloin wrapped with Parma ham,  and herb crusted lamb cutlet with rosemary red wine sauce).

This special meal ends with a choice of sumptuous desserts.
